MC1324 - CMOS, 80/500 fps,
GigE Vision

The MC1325 offers superior image quality for fast imaging and machine vision applications. 1024 greylevels, converted to RGB via Bayer Filter, and up to 80 frames per second via easily set-up Gigabit Ethernet network provide insight to assembly and production processes at elevated speeds.

A large on-board FPGA allows for realtime filtering of up to 500 full frames. Filtered image data volume is usually way below 100 MB/s. Thus GigE based inspection and motion analysis at 500 fps becomes an easy task.

ImageBLITZ®

All MC13xx cameras feature Mikrotrons patented ImageBLITZ® technology. It allows to place a self-trigger anywhere in the selected RoI. The ImageBLITZ® is based on a line segment which is scanned at extremely high rates (>50 kHz) for grey level changes. Each detected trigger event sends an image to the image processor. Thus, external triggering can often be made obsolete.
